Having won a bronze medal at the 2013 Esso Cup with the Sudbury Lady Wolves, Pascal returned to her roots in the autumn of 2021. 

Joining the club's coaching staff, Pascal has also been involved with the community's U7 FUNdamentals program, coaching young goaltenders. Ontario's winner in the Competitive category of the 2022 BFL Hockey Canada Coach of the Year Awards, Pascal also served as a coach at the Ontario Summer Games.

With the Queen's Golden Gaels, Pascal captured the 2018 OUA Goaltender of the Year Award. Also recognized as a First Team All-star, she appeared at the U Sports Women's Hockey Nationals twice.

As a side note, her father Randy served as a hockey official at the 2010 and 2018 Winter Olympic Games.
